IBPS Clerk Selection Process, the applicants who are seeking an employment in the banking sector can get a job through the IBPS. IBPS gives every year a golden opportunity to their applicants. IBPS Clerk Selection Process is based on the Common Written Exam. In the selection process of IBPS there will be three stage level exams is conducted by the IBPS in the first stage the exam is preliminary exam and the second stage will comes with the mains exams and in the last and final stage is interview. The first stage exam that is known as preliminary exam is only conduct to eliminate that candidate who is not serious for their exam. The marks of the preliminary exam are not included in the selection of candidate. Only the marks score in mains exam and the interview is consider for shortlisted the candidates.
IBPS Clerk Recruitment Process 2018
The IBPS recruits the candidates through the common written exam. This year IBPS will conduct the phase VII exam. The CWE VII will be conducted in three stages each stage each is important without cracking first stage you cannot go to second and without cracking second stage you cannot go to the third stage. These stages are preliminary, mains and interview. and Mains exams paper consist of both objective and descriptive questions of 200 marks and for cracking the last hurdle that is known as interview applicants have to score more than 40% marks.
IBPS Clerk Selection Technique 2018
The selection technique for the post of clerical cadre is base on the 2 Tier i.e. Tier 1 & Tier 2 where Tier 1 is known as Pre exam and Tier 2 known Mains Exam and in last stage is interview. The shortlisted candidate on the basis of their performance in the mains exam is only eligible for the interview stage and in the interview level applicant have to score more the 40% to crack the level .you should have to prepare yourself in a better ways because of the getting job through the IBPS is not easy.
Preliminary Exam Details 2018
Preliminary exams consists mainly 3 subjects that are reasoning Ability Paper, Quantitative Aptitude Paper and English Language Paper. It has total 100 questions each of 1 mark. There is also 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.

IBPS Clerk Mains Exams Details 2018
The second level mains exam consist both the objective and descriptive type questions. It mainly consists 5 main sections with 200 questions each question with 1 mark. The time duration for the exam is 2 hours. There is also the 0.25 marks negative marking for each wrong answer given by you.
